And so THE DAY came.
I am officially 30 freaking years old. I was kinda dreading it to be honest but looking back, I am quite happy that at 30, to be happily married with 2 kids, having a stable and good career, blessed with love from family and friends, I am considered quite lucky.
It has certainly made the crossover to the 30s age-group a lot easier. I just hope that I can age gracefully and healthily surrounded by my loved ones.
Although many people have told me I do not look like I am 30, let's just keep it low-profile ok...I plan to be forever 18 haha!
Hubby decided to pamper me just like during our dating days and took me out sans the kids. We drove up to Tebrau City at JB. It is comparable to our Vivocity, but of course things are much cheaper! We shopped (Hubby bought me 3 tops and a pair of shoes), watch a movie (The End of the World starring Keanu Reeves) and ate at the StoneGrill Restaurant.
I want to grow old with him :)
At the StoneGrill Restaurant
It is quite a unique experience eating there. The meat served to us is raw and placed on a special cooking stone which has been pre-heated to up to 400 degrees Celcius. After 10 mins or so, the meat will be thoroughly cooked. Usually served with either rice, mashed potatoes or fries.
A very hungry me!
I got a special surprise from Hubby!
The best birthday gift? My babies singing Happy Birthday to me :)
