Till Sleep Do Us Apart

Remember I told u that the 4 of us usually plonked on the bed each night like this? I sleep on the extreme right.

Well, the kiddos are getting bigger, and so we have changed positions. To this:

Now I am on the extreme left. No difference, still feel like falling off each night, and body aches when I wake up in the morning.

We did buy a bed for them and placed it in the kids room. But they still refuse to sleep there with my maid. They still wanna sleep with me and their daddy.

Hubby complains each day about his legs dangling off the bed when he sleeps and each night the 4 of us complain about getting enough space on the bed.

Every night I dream about snuggling with hubby, just the two of us on the bed with no interruptions :P

Oh well, let's just hope they grow out of this phase quickly and can adapt to sleeping apart from us in the near future.

Glasses? Not Yet!

The little guy had his eye-check follow up today. So far still no need glasses, still low degrees, but doc did warn if he continues watching TV or reading too closely, playing computer games such as PSP, he will probably start to wear glasses even before he enters P1.

Not much of a shocker to us, since both his mummy & daddy are highly myopic since young. Hubby's more vain, which explains the lasik treatment :P Ok ok mummy needs to save her $$ for the treatment instead of spending on those lovely getaways & holidays.

ok, ANYWAY, when we got home, his Atok asked for an update, and all he can say is PSP. Yup, after all the doc said, he only captured one word, PSP. Talk about filtering! No PSP till u enter secondary school, babe. I hope my hubby is with me on this. So far, he has been supplying his son with all the WII gadgets, such as steering wheels, guns etc. I have been begging him with a microphone for the WII Karaoke set, but to no avail. Sigh...Both father and son, yes, the older one gets super excited when he is playing WII...boys will be boys after all.

I am so not looking forward to him wearing glasses. Taking into regard his level of activeness, I probably have to buy a new pair of glasses every month. Or less :P
